| "Wo" is prepared. This is best served hot. |
Wo is a Newari word which is squashed lentils cake and
it is set up from the dark lentils or green lentils (Mugh beans). Wo is called
Bara in Nepali. There are various types of Wo relying upon what is placed in it
and how it is cooked yet I am making veggie lover one today.
This formula was given to me by my MIL.
Fixings
• ½ kg
Mugh beans (Split or entirety)
• Vegetable
oil
• 2
carrots
• 2
little onions
• salt
as indicated by taste
• 2
teaspoon ginger glue
• 2
teaspoon garlic glue
• water
Steps
• In a
major holder, pour Mugh beans and include at any rate 1000ml of water. As these
beans increment in size in the wake of drenching, it is a smart thought to
include bunches of water in a profound, huge compartment.
• Leave
them medium-term to drench if conceivable generally splash for at any rate 5-6
hours.
• After
5-6 hours, they will assimilated water and will be swollen and delicate.
• Wash
the beans and take a portion of the green bean covers out. The green covering
is exceptionally sound so no compelling reason to take a great deal out.
• Put
the beans in the blender with salt, ginger and garlic and pound until it turns
into a thick glue.
• Grind
carrots and onion independently.
• Now
blend the bean glue and the carrot onion blend..
• In a
level griddle, include one tea-spoon of oil and allow it to warm.
• Put
two table spoons of the blend and make a hover around 4-5 inches utilizing the
spoon.
• Cook
on low warmth and when the Wo is fresh and dark colored on one side turn it
over.
• It is
ideal to utilize slotted(as appeared in picture) as it is simpler than
different spoons.
Opened turner
• Pour
one spoon oil again and cook this side till it is fresh and brilliant dark
colored.
• Your
"Wo" is prepared. This is best served hot.
